Church Elders

The people of the St. Andrews community are consistently lifted up in prayer. Each person has a church elder who prays for them in times of joy and in times of need. Members of our congregation are divided into Shepherd Groups, each of which is overseen by one of our current elders. If you are new to our congregation or do not know the name of your elder, please contact the church office at 336-377-2619.

In addition to prayer, the elders help our members in other ways. They coordinate meals for people during illnesses or hospital stays, rides to doctor appointments, help with crisis financial situations, home and hospital visitation, and notification of upcoming events. We also reach out to those outside our congregation who are in need of help. It is with servant hearts that the elders of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church act as the hands and feet of Christ. We look for ways to serve this congregation and the community and we welcome input.
